If you set RECURRING payment, cms infusion v 1.6 doesn’t support it. So your only choice is using Paypal.
Make sure your paypal address is correct by going to CMS Infusion Configuration =======>System Variables=====>VARPPBusinessAccount.

Exciting news: the next cmsi version will allow us to use ANY third party payment!
Although, according to my research, Paypal has the lowest fee comparing to 2checkout, clickbank. But it’s good to hear that. Hopefully they will make recurring option to work with all of payment merchant as well.
